Extended Day Program (EDP)

The Our Lady of Victory Extended Day Program is offered to all students in grades Pre-K to 8. The EDP program is directed and supervised under the care of the OLV staff. The program is recreational in nature, with opportunities available for study and homework completion.

Schedule of Days and Hours

For the 2011-2012 school year, EDP will open in the morning at 6:30 a.m. and will continue until 7:30 a.m. Afternoon hours will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Children may attend any or all days available during the month. Secure drop off before school and pick up after school activities are open at any time for parents and guardians. On half days and during parent teacher conferences, the EDP program may not be in session. Please always check well in advance of such days if you are uncertain.

Fees

For the Morning Extended Day Program: $4 per child per morning There are two payment plans for the Afternoon Extended Day Program: Plan A: Per Hour: 1 child = $4 per hour, 2 children = $5 per hour, 3 children = $6 per hour Plan B: Per Day: 1 child = $8 per day, 2 children = $11 per day, 3 children = $14 per day. **NOTE: There is no additional charge for four or more children.

Payment

Calendars for advance planning in the Wednesday Wire are provided each month. A Bi-weekly bill is sent home through the children attending EDP.
