I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education from Northeastern Illinois University in 1984 and began teaching that year right here at OLV, my alma mater. I taught in the lower grades until 1990, when I decided to stay home to raise my three children. I returned to OLV in 2003, and have been teaching 2nd grade ever since then. I love the dedication of the staff here, and the confidence that the parents put into us by sending their children to our school. OLV is a very close-knit family, and has a very rich history of success. My husband is a police officer, and we enjoy doing many activities together with our family and friends.
